Sonia joined Benoliel Avocats in 2022 as an associate. She holds a Master 1 in International Business Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master 2 in Innovation and Industrial Property Law (with a major in new technologies) from the University of Paris XI. During her studies, Sonia, who is both French and Finnish, also completed a semester at the University of Helsinki, in Finland.
Her professional experience includes working at law firms, at the technical research centre of a major French company, at an international humanitarian association, and finally at the 5-2 chamber of the Paris’ Court of Appeal, specialised in intellectual property.
Before starting her career as a lawyer, she worked as a jurist in the legal department of a worldwide group specialised in hairdressing and cosmetic products.
She is fluent in French and English and speaks Finnish.
